No. Webflow Ecommerce native checkout is not supported because it does not allow custom tracking parameters at checkout. This integration works with Stripe Payment Links as your checkout method. You add Payment Links as buy buttons on your Webflow pages, and the tracking script automatically enhances them with affiliate attribution.
Why Stripe Payment Links instead of Webflow checkout?
Stripe Payment Links allow us to append affiliate tracking data to the checkout URL. When a customer completes the purchase, the Stripe webhook sends the conversion data server-side to LinkJolt. This gives you reliable, server-side tracking that ad blockers cannot interfere with.
Do I need to write any code?
No. You paste one tracking script snippet in Webflow Project Settings Custom Code, and add Stripe Payment Links as buttons on your pages. The tracking script automatically detects and enhances Payment Links with affiliate attribution. No JavaScript knowledge required.
How does the tracking actually work?
When a visitor arrives via an affiliate link, the tracking script stores the affiliate data in cookies and localStorage. When that visitor clicks a Stripe Payment Link, the script automatically appends the tracking data to the Payment Link URL. Stripe then sends a webhook to LinkJolt when payment completes, creating the conversion server-side.
Can I use this with Webflow CMS pages?
Yes. The tracking script works on all Webflow pages including CMS collection pages. As long as the page has a Stripe Payment Link button, affiliate tracking will work. The script is added site-wide through Custom Code, so every page is covered.
What about recurring subscriptions?
If you use Stripe Payment Links for subscription products, LinkJolt automatically tracks recurring payments via Stripe webhooks. You can configure recurring commission rates and duration in your campaign settings.
